Hennessy Gold Cup Best Dressed 2011

This year’s Hennessy Gold Cup, one of the most stylish events in the Irish social calendar, once again welcomed a variety of special guests from the world of fashion, sport, music and the arts. However, it was the fashion stakes on the day that had chins wagging and heads turning due to the ladies involved in the Hennessy Best Dressed competition in association with the Design Centre. This year’s winner was Liz Maher from Co Carlow (left). Liz received a €4,000 voucher for The Design Centre. She impressed the judges with her John Rocha coat and her eye catching head piece, which she designed herself.  The runner-up in the Hennessy Best Dressed competition was Faith Amond also from Carlow who received a magnificent neck piece from renowned jewellery designers Erickson Beamon. Faith wore an outfit by Ella Boo and her head piece was designed by Eve O’Reilly.
